Rot Glossary

Rot is a natural process of decay created by the breakdown of organic materials by microbes, fungus, and various insects.

Deciduous plants - plants that loose their leaves in the fall and regrow them in the spring

Evergreen plants - plants that have needle like leaves that are replaced every few years but the tree never fully loses its leaves throughout the year

Internal organs - organs inside the body that perform a specific function for life. The internal organs most associated with rot are the stomach, small intestine, large intestine and the colon
