This lab is a series of small stations to look at Newton's three laws of motion. Each station is focused on a specific law of motion, but may represent all three laws in one way or another. What I find is easiest for this lab is to have sheets at each station that have the definition of each law of motion and then a simplified explanation or example of what that law is. After that I had each student work out what the most likely law of motion was being shown in each station. We had fun turning it into a game where the kids that got each law of motion correct got to take an extra bouncy ball home.
